President and CEO

Russell Safirstein

Mr. Safirstein is President and CEO of Redpoint Cybersecurity and has led the company since 2019. He is a senior executive and a progressive thinker with over 30 years of experience and has been successful in bringing non-traditional solutions to an ever-changing work environment. Russell has co-founded several organizations that specialize in AI & Machine Learning and hold several patents. Russell is a highly regarded and sought after speaker on cybersecurity, technology, audit and risk practices.

Tab Bradshaw

Mr. Bradshaw is a senior strategy and technology executive with over 20 years’ experience in the Intelligence, Aerospace and Defense, Homeland Security, Healthcare and Financial Services sectors, focused on cyber security services with an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance. He is an innovative problem solver with the proven ability to address complex challenges, drive results, develop and manage large teams, and consistently exceed objectives.

Violet Sullivan

Ms. Sullivan is an industry-leading cybersecurity and privacy attorney and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) who has provided thousands of clients with pre- and post-incident services. Her expertise in preparing businesses for cyber incidents and managing scaled breach responses has made her a trusted authority for public and private sector clients, including many Fortune 100 companies. She frequently facilitates customized tabletop simulations focused on “pressure-testing” an organization’s incident response procedures and she is an established speaker on cybersecurity awareness. Ms. Sullivan also serves as a professor of Cybersecurity & Privacy Law for Baylor Law School’s LL.M. Program, where her focus on litigation management has made her course especially valuable to general counsels and leading law firms nationwide.

Wesley Ellis

Mr. Ellis is a systems leader with twenty years of experience in strategy execution, cloud computing, digital transformation and complex change programs for education, finance, government and defense sectors. He has led enterprise project management offices, professional services and engineering teams that developed global business strategies to improve organizational effectiveness. He leads with a metric-based project, program and portfolio management (PPPM) practices to deliver strong business outcomes. He has achieved strategic governance and tactical delivery successes leading capital infrastructure and strategic growth portfolios totaling over $10 billion in contract awards. He holds a degree from Clemson University and previously founded his own firm, ESI Management Services, while also earning CISM, EnCE, PMP, AWS CSA and CDPSE credentials.

David Duncan

Mr. Duncan is focuses on offensive cybersecurity, with over a decade of experience supporting U.S. National Defense in the Intelligence and Cybersecurity sectors. David is a technical leader who enjoys ethical hacking and threat hunting to secure large organizations, government agencies and local businesses to keep them one step ahead of the attacker. David’s key military roles allowed him to track, defend and conduct offensive operations against Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) groups studying their Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and he is now using that knowledge to secure organizations. David is a Veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served as a Cyber Operations Officer leading a Cyber Protection Team in the defense of U.S. Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources. Hunt The Hunter®!
